The Social Innovation Hub (SIH) is ready to open its doors, and the Innovate Calgary team invites you to celebrate!

As a home for social innovators, researchers, and community organizations to collide, the launch of the Social Innovation Hub marks both the beginning of a journey and an exciting milestone in our work toward a more inclusive, resilient, and equitable economy in Alberta.

Join for brief remarks, a panel discussion, as well as networking and community-building activities (with prizes sourced from local entrepreneurs!) to showcase some of the incredible spaces and resources available in our ecosystem.

About the Social Innovation Hub

The Social Innovation Hub aims to foster social innovation and social startup development by focusing on relationships, co-creation, and leveraging diverse groups’ expertise, experience, and input. Working closely with innovation partners at the University of Calgary, the SIH will serve students, researchers, social purpose organizations, and entrepreneurs as a place to launch and grow their innovations and impact.
