This month, we're thrilled to have Lourdes Juan join us for some behind-the-scenes storytelling of Knead Technology, a software company that enables scalable food recovery solutions so less food goes to waste.
During the event, Lourdes will reflect on her journey as a founder and Knead Technology's approach to the $1.3 billion global challenge of food waste.

About the speaker: Lourdes is an award winning, 6x, Calgary-based Founder and Urban Planner, with a Masters in Environmental Design. She has founded various companies and organizations in urban planning, food security, hospitality, and food tech. Lourdes’ community advocacy is vast and also includes serving on numerous local and national boards related to urban planning and design, affordable housing, entrepreneurship, and impact investment. Lourdes is a mom to a two-year-old son who inspires her to continue to work towards building a brighter future.
