Calgary Economic Development and its partners invite qualified firms to submit a proposal for an Alberta Energy Transition Study.
The purpose of this study is to support foreign direct investment (FDI) activities to attract companies and talent in the emerging clean technology sector to Alberta. In particular, Calgary Economic Development and its partners are looking to understand the players in the emerging clean technology industry across Alberta compared to other clean technology hubs across North America, identify the market opportunity for Alberta, Calgary and the Edmonton Metropolitan Region (EMR) as it relates to the energy transition, and identify specific ways Alberta and its two major cities and regions can capitalize on the energy transition opportunity, in a complementary way to bring a ‘One Alberta’ vision and message to market.
